Your health and safety while in our care is always our highest priority. But we know you may have questions and concerns with the news about COVID-19, also referred to as novel coronavirus.
Please know we are taking every precaution to ensure your wellbeing during your visit our hospital or clinic offices. We are here to keep you safe. There is no need to cancel your appointment.
We have a rigorous screening process in place and are immediately isolating anyone presenting with possible coronavirus symptoms. Our team is well-trained in infection control processes and protocols. And we continue to ensure all areas of our facilities are fully sanitized for your protection.
If you are feeling unwell, we recommend contacting your doctor before your appointment or procedure. They will then be best able to address your symptoms and concerns. When visiting any of our locations, please use our hand sanitizers, tissues and face masks—especially if you are feeling ill—to keep yourself and all our visitors safe. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members for assistance when you arrive.
